Initial appraisal was fast and easy. Management has been very hands-off for me, VRP handles all of the headache of finding, assessing, and managing new tenants, sending me updates whenever necessary. Fees are reasonable as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent out a property who doesn't want any of the stress usually associated with it.

I'd recommend VRP in a heartbeat!!! I hired Vancouver Rental Properties in May of this year. I've dealt with Cameron, and I've been totally pleased with the service, responsiveness, and communication Cameron and VRP has provided to me.
